The new owners commissioned the refurbishment of a 150 m² apartment, including a revised layout, interior decoration and furniture designed specifically for their household.

The existing five-bedroom arrangement divided the apartment into numerous enclosed rooms linked by internal circulation. The brief prioritised three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, more open shared spaces and a separate laundry room.

CcBcN Architecture consolidated the principal living functions at one end of the apartment, bringing the kitchen, dining and sitting areas together. Relocating the kitchen and reorganising the bathrooms supported this redistribution. Bespoke cabinetry, wardrobes and study furniture were developed alongside the plan, integrating storage and everyday activities into the architecture.

The completed apartment fulfils the brief with three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, and a separate laundry room. A connected kitchen, dining and living area replaces the fragmented arrangement, with fitted furniture defining activities without enclosing them.
